When registering:

Use the Work Address section for your affiliation, which will be used for producing your badge.

Use the Billing Information and Billing Address sections for who you want to appear in the invoice/receipt, whether yourself or an institution (don't forget the Tax (or VAT) number).

If your registration will be covered by an institution of the Portuguese Public Administration: Por favor, inserir no campo "Ref number" o número de compromisso do PAD correspondente.

Any apecific information regarding invoicing, please, contact unave.geral@ua.pt with subject "ETFA 2025".

Attendance to Conference, Workshop and Industry Forum - Copy of Proceedings - Coffee Breaks - Lunches on all days - Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

* All "Workshop" categories include:

Attendance to all Workshops (Tuesday Sept. 9th) - Copy of Proceedings - Coffee Breaks - Lunch.

* All "Industry Forum" categories include:

Attendance to the Industry Forum (Tuesday Sept. 9th and Wednesday Sept. 10th) - Copy of Proceedings - Coffee Breaks - Lunches on both days.

* The publication of any type of conference paper (regular, special session, work-in-progress) requires a non-student, non-life member conference registration. But one such registration can cover at most two papers.

* The publication of a workshop paper requires a non-student, non-life member workshop registration. One such registration can cover at moment one paper.
