1. Gold Sponsor (limited number): 5'000 EUR
• Institution name and logo will be on ETFA 2025 website (linked to institution website), conference brochures, flyers, posters, and participants bags.;
• The sponsoring institution can supply branded items to be distributed within the participants bags (e.g. note pads, pens, USB-Sticks).;
• An exhibit booth (2m deep, 3m wide).;
• Two conference registrations.;
2. Silver Sponsor (limited number): 3'000 EUR
• Institution name and logo will be on ETFA 2025 website (linked to institution website), conference brochures, flyers, posters, and participants bags.;
• One conference registration.;
3. Bronze Sponsor: 1'000 EUR
• Institution name and logo will be on ETFA 2025 website (linked to institution).;

Items sponsorship options:

1. Exhibit booth (2m deep, 3m wide): 2’000 EUR;
2. Social Event (welcome reception, banquet, tour), unique sponsor per event, sponsor announced in all communications regarding the event and during the event, publicity materials in the event area: 1000 EUR / event;
3. Individual Best Paper Award (there are four such awards), sponsor announced together with the award, logo and name printed on certificate, certificate given in hand by a sponsor representative: 300 EUR;
4. All (four) Best Paper Awards, sponsor announced together with the awards, logo and name printed on certificates, certificates delivered in hand by a sponsor representative: 1’000 EUR;
5. Pre-event mailing (mailings to registrants in the two weeks preceding the conference, e.g., announcing program), unique sponsor per mailing, sponsor highlighted in the mailing message: 3 EUR / registrant / mailing;
